Once you have registered for the ride, there are several ways to see if your registration was processed. One way is to check your bank account to see if your check was cashed. Also, if you registered online you should receive an email from active.com.
We know how important it is to know if you are registered, but please be patient and if something does not look right, we will try to fix it.
